Home visit coverage
Visits cover Verona city and the eastern Lake Garda shore — Bardolino, Lazise, Peschiera, Sirmione, Desenzano — plus the villages in between. Remote video consultations are available anywhere, and are often the fastest way to solve an urgent feeding problem the same day.
First-week visit
Latch and transfer assessment, weight check, cord and jaundice observation, feeding rhythm, and a written plan for the days that follow.
Feeding troubleshooting
Nipple pain and damage, low or oversupply, blocked ducts and early mastitis, expressing and bottle introduction, mixed feeding and return-to-work planning.
Newborn care
Bathing, skin, sleep patterns and safe sleep, soothing, weight-gain tracking, and when a paediatrician review is genuinely needed.
Maternal recovery
Perineal and caesarean wound healing, pelvic-floor basics, pain and sleep, and screening for postnatal mood changes with clear next steps.
Common challenges we address
Most calls in the first weeks are about painful feeding, a baby who will not settle at the breast, worry about weight gain, or conflicting advice received at discharge. You get one consistent clinical voice, in your own language, with the Italian paediatric and hospital pathways explained as they actually work locally.
Urgent visits
For an acute feeding problem, mark your request as urgent and Costanza will confirm the earliest home visit or same-day video consultation available, usually within 24 to 48 hours.
